Ayurvedic Living Inspiration
I spent 2 weeks in an Ashram in Kerala India. It was an incredibly transformational time in my life and I fell in love with the ancient wisdom of life, Ayurveda. I graduated “the Introduction of Ayurveda” course at the Ashrams Ayurvedic clinic with flying colors and I knew this was going to become part of my way of living. I was so inspired by this knowledge, I created a visual book of all my study notes I took during the course. I did this for my own keepsake, as this was the way I understood and retained the information I was taught; but I also wanted to share this sacred knowledge with others in a visual and playful way. There is a free gift with each purchase of this E-Book.

Ayurveda, a natural system of medicine, originated in India more than 3,000 years ago. The term Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda(science or knowledge). Thus, Ayurveda translates to knowledge of life. Based on the idea that disease is due to an imbalance or stress in a person's consciousness, Ayurveda encourages certain lifestyle interventions and natural therapies to regain a balance between the body, mind, spirit, and the environment.
